Honda magna v45 revs while driving?
When in gear and driving my bike will rev really high while driving. Yes, as I'm driving along and I throttle hard the bike revs high and loses power.

While the bike is running paint some soapy water onto the carb rubbers and manifold, you are looking for any indications of leaks.
Bad clutch
Revving can be vacc leak. Spray WD 40 'round the carbies, the boots, and all. See if RPM changes--there is the leak, if any. Tighten clamps or use some black Shoe Goo or silicone rubber.
If suddenly no idle then hi RPM, could be rust from tank or gum/varnish working its way thru idle circuits and pilot jets.
Or can be sticking throttle cable. Check for free motion, engine Off. The "push", the throttle return cable often goes bad on Hondas. I just took mine off when it did
High revs/no go are almost always slipping clutch. Check free play on end of lever, if not too late. Should be 1/8" or so. Check oil level, too., may wanna change oil now to get all friction material out of sump. Be sure correct oil, some car oils cause clutch slip.
A real low tire can affect it too but you did not indicate poor handling. So can a slipping drive belt but you don't use one.

- Motorcycle starts and revs but won't run? I have a 2004 honda rebel 250, and it has a little trouble starting but i can get it started. When i rev the engine though, it starts to sound a little off and the whole bike vibrates like crazy. If i let off the clutch the bike pulls a bit, but it doesn't move if i give it throttle, like the clutch is burned out (but I think the clutch is fine). - Honda CBR125 repsol. Switch on and revs go mad? Bike wasn't starting so changed spark plug and charged battery. Now she starts. BUT soon as you fire her up the revs goes full blast. Throttle isn't stuck i know that much, what else can it be?
