Honda Motorcycle under 1k?

Looking for a Honda motorcycle for under 1k that is not an offroad or dirtbike. What models should i look at

Used 2003 Honda cruiser run about $2,500.00

Used 2003 Honda sport bikes about $3,600.00

Cruiser runs $200 a month, sportbike runs $400 a month

  • Should I insure my motorcycle in my name with a permit because I'm under 16? So I got a 2012 Honda CBR250R but its brand new. When I try to quote the bike online it doesn't let me submit because I'm 15 and like 10 months old. I'll be 16 in less that 2 months. So I was wondering if I can just insure it in my dads name and ride on my permit until I turn 16. So what should I do?

I'm only 90-95 pounds and I'm short what would be a good light weight cruiser around 250-300 pounds like my Honda Twinstar 185? I can't balance anything too big as i'm small, I need something that's lightweight, preferably Harley, but any work for me a bikes a bike, Thank you in advance! Note: My Honda Twinstar does not run my father had that bike since I was 7 or 8 and gave it to me when I was 9 but it sat out so long it doesn't work.
