Take it to the motorbike shop. Itll cost a lot more if you make a mistake doing it yourself

It sounds like you need a service manual and a mechanic! That motor isn't going to run again with you fooling with it.

As little sense as that question made, I doubt if you're going to be replacing anything.

How do I take the valves apart from the block? Meaning get the head off perhaps?
Go to library, get chilton manual or Haynres for that model or close enough, read it twice then figure out if you can do as it says. A 100cc OHC Honda single is easy enough to get head off after chain is off sprocket- but can't pull it off outward. Slip it to back side and remove sprocket, then can get chain off shaft- tie a wire around chain so it doesn't drop into case, can lift off head while holding wire, then hold chain, slide wire through head access and secure wire to side, you really don't want to split cas to retrieve chain or hold upside down engine and fish out chain. Valve service after wards can be done with simple hand tools, lappers- can fit new valves or grind.clean fairly quick with drill- stick valve stem in drill, start spinning and use edge of file to set angle, clean carbon.

No valves in block in a Honda. Not that was made after WWII.

you mean, get vales out of Head. Once head and chain off, use a spring compressor, loosen and remove clip, they should fall out

.

Did you, Mark where timing chain went? If not, get a book!
