I want me motorcycle to be street legal it dosent have plates or a title?
I bought the bike recently its a honda 1974 cb350 and i want to know how to make it so i can ride it
right now it doesn't have plates or a title and i wnat to know how to get one i think its considered a salvaged vehicle i dontknow why can someone shed some light on how to get this able to ride on the street thank you i live in ohio if that helps
The old Honda 350 twin was one of the most popular motorcycle models ever made! I remember a time when about half of all motorcycles I saw were Honda 350s!
I would write down the VIN number and take it to my local DMV (or whatever initials they use in Ohio). They'll run it though the computer and then tell you what you need to do to make it street-legal. This might involve finding the registered owner and getting him to sign a document transferring ownership.
You take the bike and the title to the DMV, stand in line for a couple of hours and when it's your turn you tell them "I need to license a motorcycle I just bought". It's really not complicated.
- Want to buy a Motorcycle but has no plates? I really want to buy this bike its a 1985 honda magna but it has no plates on it… He said i could test drive it down the road and back but thats all. Would i get a ticket if i was pulled over?
- KTM 450 EXC 2016 Street Legal? The KTM 450 EXC 2016 is one sexy bike, no doubt. But, even though it says Enduro, I do not see turn signals or mirrors. My dad wants to get this bike over the honda crf 250l. But he wants to see if it is street legal for CA. I just want to see if this bike can be made street legal. Yay or nae?
- How to title a motorbike that has no title or bill of sale? I have a Honda CT70 that was purchased at an auction many years ago. I do not have a bill of sale and the bike was never titled because it was never street legal. I would like to restore it and get it titled to ride around town. Any help is appreciated. And I live in Wisconsin as well.
- Good first street motorcycle? I have a lot of riding experience on a Honda crf150 after completing the motorcycle saftey course and getting my endorsement I'm looking for a first bike. Is a kawasaki Vulcan 500 a good choice? A Yamaha r6 is a dream bike but I'm assuming its way to much power. I'm 5'8 155 pounds btw. What's the best intermediate/beginner bike that is not to underpowered for ocational highway use?
