Is a 2011 Honda CBR250r a good first bike?
I'm 16, I'm 5"5 and weigh 140. I can ride yes but just need some help on finding a first bike.
A five year old CBR 250R should be a good starter bike as long as its in good condition and you don't need to travel too much on the highway/freeway.
Honda makes nice bikes BUT people (previous owner(s. Can do some inexperienced handling and maintenance so check out what you are buying.
When buying a used bike talk to the seller about discounting the selling price for the cost of a trained mechanic to do a 'run-thru' as a precaution if you don't know what you're looking at. And add any major/minor repairs/replacemnt costs to that discount.
Personally i drive a 650 burgman but 250 is small and that's a good start and honda are well made. Just make sure everything is good on it. Also get a warranty or something if you buying from dealer.

- Which looks better: a Kawasaki Ninja 250r or a Honda CBR250R? I'm debating these two bikes and they are both pretty similar. Now I'm just deciding which looks better? Here is a couple of pictures of them side by side. P.S don't just by color. Just plain looks.
