What dirt bike should i get?
I'm turning 14 in a few days, I'm about 5'6 and weigh around 140. I live by the oceano dunes and that is where I would mainly ride. I was thinking about a Honda cfr 150 but I herd that it won't do to good in the dunes and my dad thinks I should get a Honda cfr 250 but I think that might be to big. I have some experience on a bike and I have had a few when I was younger and have a little experience with a clutch. I want to only get Honda bikes, since that's the only brand I've ever owned, but I'm open to any ideas
The 250 will be tall at first but youll grow into it. But like the others said, youll need the extra power for the dunes.
Get the 250. You'll grow into it and before you know it in 3-5 years you will want a 450.
KTM 200 Duke is perfect dirt bike.
Id definitely get a yamaha yz125 or a yamaha yz250f depending on whether you want a 2 or 4 stroke
Get the cfr250. It may seem a little scary, and you will fall down, but you get used to bikes and then all of a sudden its been years since you've even had to put you foot down to keep yourself from falling. My first motorcycle was a 239cc and I was 12. I remember once when I punched it to 40 and man was it scary. But now 40 is like 20. When you first start riding again just practice starting and stopping for a few days. I personally like Yamaha best, but if I had to pick two out of Yamaha kawasaki honda and suzuki I would pick Yamaha and Honda. Have fun!

Your gonna want power for the dunes. Sand is such a power hog.
A cfr250 would be a good bike for you. I mean it will be a monster, but don't be scared, if you are gonna ride, you are gonna wreck. Its par for the course. If you don't push yourself you will never reach your potential.
Also, you will grow into it. Trust your dad, and make sure to set the bike up exactly how you feel comfortable. Pay special attention to suspension sag: set that up for you, and only you.

I don't want one to small or way to big. I was thinking like a Honda XR100 or yamaha TTR125 or suzuki DRZ125 Are those to small? Those 3 dirtbikes the seat heights are a few inches below my waist. I think that's to small. What dirtbike do you think would be good for me?
- What size dirt bike should a 153lb 6 1 14yr old get? I'm 14 and I'm 6 1 153lbs owned a 2007 kx125 2 stroke and an older Honda 90 when I was 11 back in 2012 and sold it mostly because I wanted something bigger. I feel very comfortable on dirt bikes and I'm very fit for my age mostly cause I have moved furniture since I was 6. But I'm just looking for something to trail ride and do some jumps on! Any suggestions are appreciated!
