Which motorbike should I get first?
I was trying to decide between Honda cb500x and the Honda CBR600rr. Which should I get?
It all depends on riding experience really. Do you have clutch and throttle control? The CBR will lift straight up if you pop the clutch on accident. They are not forgiving by any means. It is best to start on something smaller like the 250 or even the 650 of you are worried about getting bored quick. I started on the yamaha FZ6R which I loved., and it served me well. As long as you don't ride stupid then you should be fine. The bike only goes as fast as you make it. Which should you get FIRST?

If you're going to a track, choose the CBR600rr. The "rr" stands for "race replica." If it's your first bike, stay away from the race replicas (the 600cc bikes). The cb500x is a much better first bike.
