My dash indicator won't work?
My oil change was overdue and it dint tell me on my dash indicator, it works when I turn the keys but when I turn the car on it won't, it doesn't tell me anything when The car needs something done, it's a 2004 Honda
Could be broken use a sticker on the glass to tell you when you need to change oil
It will likely cost you a lot of money to fix when you can put a 1 cent sticky post on your dash to remind you when to change the oil. Check your manual if there's a reset procedure for the service light.
Use the trip odometer. Zero it when you get an oil change and when you hit 3,000 miles get the oil and filter changed again. Honda's have a common problem with valves getting tight and they need to be adjusted every 60,000 miles.
- What do these indicator lights mean? I have a 2010 Honda Pilot EX. These lights came on when I started my car. Please tell me what they mean. I had to rush into work. No time to look in the owner's manual. Thanks!
- Honda CBR 125 Indicator fix? Hi, I have recently bought a honda cbr 125 and am having some indicator trouble. All of them work fine apart from the front right one. I have changed the bulb yet it still doesn't work. Does anybody have any ideas? Also how much do you think this would cost at a garage to fix?
- 2007 Honda rebel won't start lights don't work? So I left the key turned for a few hours and the battery died. I got it charged and checked and everything shows as being good. My roommate tried jump starting it when I went to work so I don't know if that hurt something. All the fuses are good. However when I turn the key the bikes lights don't come on, nothing works. I can put it in first and the get a running start to crank it by popping the clutch. That works for day time riding, but at night the lights are dim. Any ideas?
- Honda cb500 1994 temp. Gauge, and oil indicator does not work? Hey guys just got my first honda and of course it's great and i'm loving it, but i have a small issue with the temp gauge. It seems not to work, even when the fan turns on it does not seem to even get up from the bottom. So any ideas what and where i should try fixing? One more thing is that the oil indicator does not light up at the start, any ideas why? The lamp is ok I've checked it already
