Replace timing belt, water pump, and tensioner at 60,000 or 100,000 miles failure to do so can result in engine. Spark plug, filter, and throttle body cleaning. Changing transmission fluid every 60,000 miles as well. Drain and change filter, DO NOT FLUSH. Ignore the jiffy Lube transmission service/ flush deals. If you're gonna have the transmission service do it your self or take it to a reputable transmission shop. Only use transmission fluid for Honda cars.
- Is maintenance for a Honda XR650L easy and simple? I ask because I want to buy one for a daily user. Is maintenance the same like a regular motorcycle? Example: More/less frequent oil changes. I wanted the L because c mon, That back hasn't changed mechanically speaking since 92 so you know that s solid engineering. I've owned and still ride an 88 route 66 for 3 years, done my regular oil change 3000miles, lube job, etc. So would it be the same? More work, less work. How s it looking?

- How to reset maintenance minder on 2014 Honda Civic si? I brought my car in for service ( oil & filter change) and when I got it back I reset my maintenance minder but it's been showing the service code "B1" which is engine oil and filter change and also a tire rotation. I brought it to my local Honda dealership and they reset it again but it still shows and the service code won't go away. Does anyone know how to get rid of this please?
