Is it worth it to trade a 2003 Toyota Corolla almost 130k miles for a 2004+ Acura TL 90k-110k miles?

This is my moms old car and she got the Honda Pilot, she gave it her old car to me as my first car, but I want to trade it for a nicer car but used Acura are expensive and every time I asked the sellers to trade my Corolla and says no. Do you think Acura owners don't like Toyota?

Yes

He won't trade you because your car is worth about half of the value of the Acura.

Just drive it and be glad you have something to drive. I had to work and save up enough money to buy my own first car.

An Acura is a better car, and it has less miles. Derp

Nope

Nobody is going to do an even swap. Your car is fine. Keep it.

There's more to mileage that you should consider. How's the engine? Transmission? Has either been in an accident?

Your trade-in car is too old. Difficult to impossible to re-sell. Trading a car to private sellers is nearly impossible. They're getting rid of their car, they don't want an older car.
