What car should we get

We're looking into leasing/financing a car my dad keeps telling me to look for one but i don't want it to be too expensive but i don't want to ride honda or toyota either. What car do you think we should get that is in the range of 20-40k and its between 2012-present

Go read the annual Consumers Reports car issue, and go look at some at dealerships. Go talk to your bank about financing a car, to find out what you can afford, and what kind of a down payment you'd need to have.

The first thing you and your dad need to do is to define what "too expnsive" actually meansa. Then you need to stay well under that number. Define it, stick to it.

Set your budget and start shopping using price as your first criteria. Then start narrowing down the list by the features you really want.

Both Honda and Toyota are US built.

Do not lease == buy a Ford or Chevy… Shop at the car lots for best deal…
