What could this noise be on my 2009 honda rebel cmx 250?

Added (1). I notice it when I ride on freeway at high speed like around 70 mph or even when I ride slow it starts to make this weird sound: tsip tsip tsip tsip tsip, as if the wheel turning was making some noise but not so much when I go up the heel. I think its comping from the front wheel but its hard to tell exactly I'm wearing a helmet and riding so I can't really put my ear near it… What is it you think?

You have a warped brake rotor.

Scoot---boy maybe correct, have the brake rotors checked.

Also check the valve tappet clearances.

Also, look at the chain/sprocket, and anything else that turns.

Support the bike with the front wheel off the ground (axle stands can be used if you do not have a centre stand), rotate the front wheel, identify where the noise is coming from.

If a rotor is warped then you may be able to see it with the naked eye while it is rotating. I use a pencil cable-tied to the fork with the pencil tip just touching the rotor.

It might also be a slightly seized piston on the caliper causing the pad not to retreat properly.

It could even be a collapsing bearing, grip the wheel fore and aft and try to move it laterally while a friend holds the bars, virtually any sideways movement is bad.

Check the condition of the tyre (and the pressure).

Once you have done all the checks you will be in a better position to decide what to do next.

I once had an annoying intermittent noise coming from the front end, it took ages to discover a leaf stuck next to the radiator was making it.
