What exhaust for a 1975 Honda CB200?
The left side muffler rusted through and has a massive hole in it. I would like to have a stock muffler but I can't seem to find an OEM muffler for the life of me. What aftermarket exhaust (if any) can i put on without having to re-jet the carb? Or where can I find a used OEM left muffler? Both stock downpipes are perfect as well as the right muffler. Any help is appreciated
That old of bike you'll need to adapt something that fits or search, search, search thorough all the salvage yards in the world for what you're looking for.
Measure the outside diameter of the pipe and look for some type of slip-on that will fit or spend some time researching for an on-line forum for either that model or at least that genre/age to see what the poop is.

If the internal "baffle" is still intact, and there's still some good metal around the hole, you can patch the hole at least temporarily (until you find a replacement) by fitting an oversize piece of sheet metal over the rusted out hole, drilling small mounting holes, and "pop riveting" the piece securely to the existing muffler. Depending on your workmanship, it could suffice for now, though it may look like just what it is… A "Patch". It will re establish the" back pressure" that your engine was designed for and allow your bike to run better meanwhile.
I know that wasn't your question outright, but in addition to the responses of the other Avatars, it can tide you over until you find a new one.
Left side comon to rust out- side stand on left means that muffler gets the condensation inside shell. And rusts out while right side condensation trickle into pipe and quickly gets burnt at next start. My CM400 little trainer has that problem solved with a cut open beer can and hose clamp over the rust hole. Heating and air conditioning shops have a sticky tape aluminum roll that is another old 'Rat' bike basic patch. These are the cheap methods. For the 200- look at Honda Rebel 250 muffler replacements, the rebel engine came from the 200. For $14.95 the farm stores have Stanley made Ford N mufflers - take the tape measure with you. Those mufflesr have been fitted on many cycles…
