Will resolving these symptoms on my car help it able able to easily go over 100 mph?

My car is a 2003 honda element and recently i brought it to the mechanic to find the cause of my check engine light as well as possible causes of slow acceleration(AT HIGHER SPEEDS) and bad gas mileage.
i'm aware that my car is no performance car so 0-60 and 1/4 mile times are not a concern for me, however a nonaerodynamic car with 160 hp should be able should be able to at least do a top speed of 110-115 mph maximum before drag limit prevents it from going any faster. So the fact that its a brick should not be an excuse. Also only being 140,000 miles, i've had other cars with as high as 160,000 miles that could easily go way over 100 mph.

from the results i got, it says the i have to:

replace my 02 sensors
-get a fuel inductive service done(which i've never done)
-after wards get a new set of spark plugs specifically NGK iridium spark plugs
-and the engine air filter needs to be replaced.

will fixing these things possibly help my truck go faster(about 110 mph). My tires are rated for 115 mph.

Added (1). i run 5w-20 synthetic oil if that matters. Transmission fluid is good.

Nope, you've either got a plugged cat or the timing chain has jumped - a common problem.

You've seen proof on the highway. You seen determined to burn out your 16 year old car trying to get more out of it than it can give. Put a few shots of nitrobenzine in the gas and you will go faster… For as long as it takes to melt a few pistons.

Nope, Mark. That's just more chasing after nonsense. You might want to go 110 mph, but the question you have to ask yourself is whether you *NEED* to drive that fast.

Five or six over the posted freeway speed limit is all you really need. So if your Honda Element can manage to drive 71 miles per hour, then your need for speed has been fully and completely met.

Do you have some sort of death wish? Or are you just trying to destroy your Honda, so it ends up in the junkyard like your previous three vehicles? Will your daddy buy you a new car when that happens?

No. I've taken my truck up to 100 mph at least 8 times. Despite being a brick shape, it by no means has bad handling at that speed. Unless it is really windy and gusty outside then its risky going above 80 mph. At 100 mph its pretty stable as long as i don't made an abrupt manuever.

Just kill yourself now dumbass so you don't take somebody else with you when you lose control going that fast.
