This is a world wide web site. Currencies vary across the planet and wages bary even within different regions of individual countries, and nobody here has any clue where you're based.

Honda dealerships are all franchises. They may be an individual single branch franchise, a group franchise with multiple branches, or even multi-manufacturer franchises. In short, they're all different companies under the Honda branding which they pay to use.

Because they're different companies, pay rates will vary, often widely, between different franchises. You didn't even bother to state which product range you had in mind. Honda makes motorcycles, jet skis, cars, and boat engines, plus other products. The only two of those product ranges you'll usually find in a single franchise are the jet skis and boat engines. Plus you didn't say which exact role you had in mind: sales, management, finance, admin, parts clerk, mechanic; but all those jobs have a huge pay variation.

With such a vague question you may as well have asked, "How long is a piece of string?"

Car dealerships are franchises owned by individuals or possibly holding companies. They sell a manufacturer's products. They are not part of the company that makes or imports the products. A Honda dealership is not owned by American Honda Motor Company. They set their own compensation plans.
