1996 Honda Passport motor turns over but will not start?

All started when changed the water pump. Motor size is a V6 3.2.
Steps taken:
1. Replaced timing belt an set timing.
2. Replaced Battery.
3. Changed all gas to fresh brand new.
4. Replaced spark plugs.
5. Igniter for ignition.
6. Cam position sensor.
7. Fuel filter.

Would check plug wires, and also look to see if it is getting fuel. Is either not getting spark or fuel. Could be a fuel sensor. Try and narrow it down

You are "throwing parts". Get a spark tester or test light and check for spark. Get a noid light or test light and check if the injectors are getting command to fire. Listen to the injectors if they are firing. Buy or rent a fuel pressure tester and check for fuel pressure. Test the fuel pump circuit it it is providing power and ground to the the fuel pump. Youtube has a lot of videos of professional mechanics showing you how to do these basic checks.

Hi Not all issues are covered above that is why it should be done at a Honda dealer in this case.
so i see throwing parts at it. With the POKE and NO HOPE way of motor mechanics.
