86 honda accord radio
Ok so i'm trying to install a aftermarket radio an trying to figure out all the wires cuz previous owner removed the harness an for some reason my red 12v wire isint getting power i've checked fuses there good and my 12v constant (yellow) does have power but radio still won't turn on any ideas?

Get a fuse piggy back. Run a new 12 v. That fuse is only hot key on. If its not hot, find a keyed 12v source and inline fuse it. Sometimes its just easier to start from scratch especially knowing the quality of the old 80's hondas lol. Not much but dependable.
- My car doesn't have a radio. Will any car radio work for it? I have a 94 nissan Pathfinder and when i purchased it, it didn't have a radio. My girlfriend has a junk 98 honda civic and the radio in it still works. Will it work inside of my car? It's the stock radio. Be gentle i don't know anything about cars
- Radio works perfect except CD/Aux. Is this an easy fix or do I have to buy a new radio? I just bought a 2003 Honda Accord. The radio works perfect except CD player. When I press the CD/Aux button, load or eject Is does NOTHING. When I try to insert a cd it does nothing it. I even tried using the mode button on steering when it won't even go to cd it just changed radio stations when I press it. I pulled out the fuse to check that but it's perfect no burns etc. I put the code in still nothing. What could this be? How Can I fix this without having to buy a whole new radio?
- Radio face stopped working in 1994 Honda accord? So i was off roading in my accord and may have slid out of control and ran over a tree… Anyways after that my radio face stopped turning on. Any advise fixing it would be much appreciated
- How to reset radio in Honda Accord? I put in a new battery into my 94 Honda Accord and the radio reset and just shows "COdE" and won't work at all. Am I suppose to call the honda company or something? I just wanna get it fixed. I don't have the owners manual either because the previous owner was very irresponsible
