Can I apply turbo to my 2010 Honda Accord Automatic?

Would turbo work with a Automatic Transmission?

It depends on if the automatic transmission is designed to handle the extra horsepower you will get with the turbocharger.

After its separation from Hero, the Honda was quite doubtful for its stronghold in the Indian bike market. But with the launch of its latest Shine Best, Honda is now confident. With not so stunning looks but with great speed and its cutting edge technology Honda Shine Best is the new king in the Indian bike market.

A hot rave in the market of 125cc bikes, Honda Shine Best is one of its kind and perfectly apt for the India roads. The combination of good speed, great mileage and comfort make this bike a hot selling product of the Honda group.

Styling:

As said above the bike does not have stunning looks as compared to its other competitors. May be the main reason is that Honda designed this bike specifically for the office goers who are not much concerned with the looks. Although Honda Shine Best is average looking bike but its engine capacity make it stand at the top in its category.

Performance:

We have talked a lot about its looks and we talk mainly of its performance for which this bike is famous for. Its a 125 cc bike so its gives you a slight restriction in the speed section. But it is also true that its acceleration is simply awesome. The handling of the bike is also very easy and gives you a smooth riding. The most prominent feature of the bike is its gearing, which is very easy in handling. And how can we forget to talk about its seats, that are very much comfortable and gives you a nice sitting comfort.

Doing a turbo properly is a lot if work.
It adds stress to the engine and transmission.
Turbo cars are very different to drive as they need to get the turbo spun up to start making power. One of our cars coming out of a junction you needed to start trying to love before the car you were pulling out behind had passed. This is more true with an automatic as you can't rev the engine first to Spon the turbo up.
Driving the old Audi quatro you needed to left foot brake into a corner while flooring the gas to get the turbo spinning up.

Any internal combustion engine can be turbocharged but be aware that it will be costly. Properly installing and tuning a turbo will easily run into the $1000's

Ok so lol at the random comment about bikes? But anyway, putting a turbo on an automatic can be risky. Stock automatic transmissions are more fragile than manuals when it comes to adding large a boost of power. As was stated above, turbochargers get really pricey if done right. And you have to get it done right or things can go very wrong. You're engine will make a big difference too. The 4 cylinder accord motor can be outfitted with a turbo but the bang for the buck is really not worth it. The V6 J-series motor has more base power but still not performance minded. If you want a faster car, buy a car meant to be faster. You'll get a lot more out of your money upgrading something else. Accords are just not meant for it.
