Car insurance cost per month? Mostly from someone with State Farm?
My family currently has State Farm and I'm getting a car because I'm a student in college, who works, and has to travel throughout the tri-county area a lot.
-I'm 19 years old
-Female
-I live in Florida
-2009 Honda Accord coupe with 55k miles and a rebuilt title
-I just drive to school, work, and training for boxing which is another county.
-I have average credit (about 600 I think)
-I have been in one accident but it has been with my mom's car earlier this year.
Yes, State Farm insures rebuilt title cars. My brother had an '07 Civic SI and State Farm insured it.
I'm going to talk to an agent, but I want to get a good estimate on how much I would be paying before I even make the decision to buy the car.
Thank you.

Added (1). I also have a 3.6 GPA for a student discount and I have maintained my safe driver status because I took a driver's course after my accident.
No way to give an estimate that would be even half-way close since insurance rates depend on so many different factors. Furthermore, different insurance companies have different rates for the same person same car same factors. Just call your insurance company and they can tell you EXACTLY what it would cost.
You might be able to get a quote online. I know you can with Geico. I would guess you'll be around $100, maybe closer to $150 with the accident.
That's all really nice, now go ask your question in the right place. This isn't a State Farm office, so nobody here can give you even a rough idea what State Farm will charge to insure you.
Yes I know you're only looking for a rough estimate, but you can't even get that in here. The best you can get in here is a blind guess, which won't do you any good. It's not like a State Farm agent will give you a quote and then change it if you say "I dunno, some guy named Eye8NewYork on a website said it should be lower than that", so any answer you get in here will be a waste of your time.
No matter what you do, don't call State Farm for an estimate. Instead, ask strangers who don't know squat about State Farm and it's rates. I repeat, do not contact State Farm for an estimate.
I see that you included lots of personal information, as well.
If your GPA was 4.0 you get free car insurance. You'll also receive accident forgiveness, but only if you own a cat.
Call your State Farm Agent and they can give you an accurate quote over the phone.
- How much should it cost to fix a tiny crack in the back of someone's car? I was getting off the high and accidentally hit my friends car in front of me. I basically just rolled into her so i was not going very fast. When we looked at the damage all we could find was a tiny crack (about 1-2 inches) on the back "bumper" I think you would call it (it's a Honda). And the paint might be a little loose. Personally don't think that it's worth fixing but she does. Is it worth fixing? And how much do you think it ll cost?
- How much would car insurance cost a month if? -I'm a first time driver -I'm 18 years old, but have a driver's license. -Car is a used 2001 Honda Civic Coupe (DX)
- State Farm insurance premium went up? I had a 1995 Honda accord 4 door ex. I was paying $73 a month for insurance with state farm. My insurance was renewed and I bought a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon. I transferred insurance from the Honda to the Tiburon because I. Sold the Honda. Now I got a bill and my insurance is $110 I kept the same kind of insurance. No changes just a transfer. How is it an extra $40 a month? The insurance was renewed a month before this at the $73 a month rate. I don't understand.
- If you had to GUESS. What my car insurance would cost a month. In a 2001 Honda Accord, liability only? With me, being a 33 year old male, with no tickets or accidents. Obviously there's no way to be completely accurate here I'm just curious as to what to expect before calling for quotes.
