I think my car's energy or electricity level may be low?

Problems have been occurring in my car, it's not recently. My car was a handi down and has about 80,000 miles on it. I drive a Honda 98 accord and the power seems low for some reason. For example, when I lower or raise a window in my car; my AC power reduces a bit and I think that the electricity shifts to the windows so it can work better. Another one, my windows down quite slowly. A few months ago, the battery or starter wasn't working occasionally but as of now, I think it's repaired temporarily; maybe this information could help.
Sorry, I don't really know much about cars but it's a problem I want to fix.

Should I buy a new battery/ starter or should I replace fuses or wires somewhere?

The first thing to note is that with a car that old, these sort of things are going to happen, it does not mean you can't look into fixing them, just be careful about wasting money.
And even on newer car there may be some power draw down when opening and closing windows.

It can be a few things to check on.
1. Get a free test done at a parts store, they can test your battery and alternator.
2. Remove and clean battery connections.
3. Inspect trim around the window. The rubber trim with flocking (fuzzy like material) gets worn off/hardened over time so the window is binding against the trim. To test this remove the trim and see if window goes up and down normally. Or have two assistants, open door, on outside and inside with both hands gently pull trim away from window, just 1/8" is enough, 3rd person roll window up and down, does window operate normally.
I'm guessing replacement is a dealer item? Or maybe aftermarket parts?
4. Window motor is weak.
5. Window regulator is dirty or worn out. Remove door panel, inspect window regulator. Clean track area with WD40 and pipe cleaners. Lube with white grease. Test.

Fuses blow if there's too much electricity passing through them than the circuit they are designed to protect from that can handle - replacing a fuse that is not blown will not make the tiniest difference to the way something on that fuse operates

  • Why are electricity generators so expensive? Are generators really worth $1500? I'm looking around for a semi decent generator and Hondas/Yamahas are thousands of dollars. Even cheap chinese made ones run about $400 or more. Why are they so expensive? I know the engines are pretty simple, is it the motor that creates electricity that's expensive?
  • Power steering fluid keeps going below minimum level in my 2015 Honda Pilot? Hi, I drive a 2015 Honda Pilot which I bought in June of this year. Since then, I've had to refill power steering fluid 3 times because it falls below minimum level after a short period. I have not seen any fluid drops on the ground. I will bring the car to the dealership but is there anything I can do besides refilling the fluid again, so I don't have to make tbe trip to the dealership?
  • What level should my motorcycle fuel floats be at? I have a 96 Honda rebel CMXC250 with twin carbs that started leaking gasoline. What level should I adjust the fuel floats to? Please answer my question instead of telling me what else you think is wrong with my bike. And no "google it" answers. Thats obvious but doesn't always work, if you don't know the answer then don't say anything.
  • Is it possible to convert fuel energy consumption to electricity consumption? Household electricity generators use liquid fuel to run the engine and generate electricity. Given a scenario, If a generator uses 2 litre of diesel per hour, is it possible to find out if that same generator was to run on electricity, how much watt the same generator would have used per hour. for example take this HONDA GX390 engine. PS: I have no idea on engineering side, just want to find out if it is possible, if yes, how to calculate.
