If you don't have a torque wrench then "one hand tight" using a 3/8 ratchet is likely fine… Brake Calipers are aluminum, brackets are steel. I would not want to over do it and break a bolt.
Caliper mounting bolts: 37 Lbs.Ft.
Caliper bracket mounting bolts: 80 Lbs.Ft.
It's not important. Tight. Not super tight. It's not like a head where it's critical. You just don't want it falling off

- Brake caliper pistons won't release? I had to take my front wheel of my Honda Ruckus, and upon reassembling, I had to use a screwdriver to move the pads apart a little for it to go on the disk. Now each time I hit my brakes, the pistons come out just a little more, until they're all the way out and I can't move the Ruckus. Why aren't my positions releasing properly? Or at all?
