Why does my car make this sound?
When I start my car, it turns on then I turn the AC on and then this little squeaking sound comes on. I drive slowly and it's still there. I speed up and the sound gets even louder and in a way sounds like if it's going to explode. Then it'll go away eventually until I start my car all over again. If I turned my AC off at anytime, that sound goes away. So it somehow corresponds with my AC but what exactly could the problem be? Also it's a 2002 Honda Accord LX and I've only had it for a year now
The belt could be slipping on the air conditioner compressor. If a belt change does not stop it there may be something wrong with the compressor.
- Why does my quad make a grinding noise? Just recently i noticed that my 1990 honda fourtrax 200 rwd was making a grinding noise in the rear. The grinding noise only happens when i turn right.
