Best ECU to use for a Honda h22?
Looking for best ecu/chip combination to run on an h22A… I have a P28 right now but not sure if there's anything better, thanks for any help
Get a P13 if you're not going to tune it.
Get a P72 if you're going to tune it and keep your stock intake manifold.
Use the P28 if you're going to tune it with an aftermarket intake manifold or remove the IAB plate.
- How much does an h22 swap cost into a 1992 prelude? I have a 1992 honda preldue with a f22 non vtec engine and i belive it has a blown head gasket, and i was considering an h22 vtec swap for it, does anyone know how much would that cost? Or what other vtec engine would be good for my prelude?
- If in the owners manual it says I should use 5W-20 motor oil, can I use 10W-40 motor oil instead? I have a 2009 Honda Fit. I just recently bought 10W-40 and when I got home to put oil in the manual said 5W-20. What's the difference? And is it okay if I still use the 10W-40?
- Does a 5th Gen honda prelude h22 head fit a 4th Gen prelude? I have a 1996 honda prelude si (4th gen) with a h23 engine and I want to swap my head to a h22 and I couldn't find any 4th generation being part out, but I did find a 1997 honda prelude (5th gen) being part out and I'm not sure if it'll fit my engine.
- Where is the ECU located on my 93 Civic? Hi i'd like to know where my ECU for my 1993 Honda Civic is located? And is it easy to replace myself or does it require an experienced mechanic for the job.
