1995 honda civic ej1? Lights not working?

So I recently purchased a honda civic. I got it for a cheap price. The turn signals do not work at all. Does anyone know what I have to do? Also I was messing around with the fuse box and I think I messed up the window power button on the right side >.< Does anyone know what I have to do to fix the turn signals? Thanks!

Also my car is really low, like it scrapes a lot and when I drive i feel like the wheel hits when there's a bump, I'm guessing they don't have the coils or whatever they are called? How much does it cost to raise it up? Thank you in advance!

Added (1). Also forgot to mention that the hazard lights do not work at all lol

If you messed up your electric window by playing with the fuse box then you need to put the fuses back as they were, checking the fuses are good and of the RIGHT amp rating. The inside of the fuse cover usually has a diagram or you can look it up on line.
If the indicator fuses are good then it's the control box which needs replacing (it used ot be a small silver cylinder)
If the previous owner dropped the suspension by chopping the coils then you need new ones.
This 'cheap' car is rapidly becoming expensive.

Hi here you have the reason why you got it cheap. So now you need to spend money on getting it fixed. The modern car has two main computers on board a engine
management system and a body module which talk to each other via a digital buss.
so what is the answer only one a HONDA DEALER is your only choice in getting it fixed.
as the alternative is the old POKE and NO HOPE route which many take wasting more money than they need to. As it never actually works without the honda diagnostic tester. This thing has updated software loaded every month.
