1998 Honda Civic ex auto/manual?
I need a new starter motor. My friend has one from his old 5 speed that he'll say he will ship to me. Before we waste any of his time. I want to know if the 5 speed starter motor will work on my automatic?
The shipping cost may be the same as a new one, once you give them the core.
A quick Google search says a new one is $80
No won't interchange
The starters for a manual and an automatic are TOTALLY different. It will not work.
