Cold air intake sucked in water. What can i do to make my car start?

I was driving my 2007 Honda Civic Si and I passed through a fairly large puddle and it shut off.
I tried turning it on twice and it didn't seem to crank.
What steps can I take to fix my problem?
Hopefully my engine isn't hydrolocked.

It takes very little water to hydrolock your engine.
That cold air intake which is a worthless shiny thing may well have cost you your engine.
Pull all the plugs and see if the engine turns over and which cylinder the water cones out of.
If it ddoes turn over and you get water yes you hydrolocked the engine.
Car makers spend a lot of time and money designing things like air intakes for real life driving.
Using specialist racing parts on road cars is pointless as there are lots of other things to change. A race engine has to last a few hundred miles not years.

Your first line say it all. Why would the last line hope for something different.
