You'll never get a factory PJ on 92. Too much has rusted. The car was originally dipped in many tanks. A ground up restoration would cost you more than the car is worth. What you can do is make what you have look and run as best as you can for a car that's 23 years old. You won't see this at the TV car auctions but you can make the best of what you have.
Contact a body shop for an estimate since they have to see the car to give you a correct one. But your looking at about $5,000
