Don't start the engine, leave it where it is and get it pumped out. Don't pay for a super expensive repair if you haven't turned it on yet. If you haven't, it'll still be pretty cheap/easy to take off the tank and empty it. If you have, drive it as little as possible and take it to a mechanic

Don't drive it. Call a tow truck. Get the fuel out before you start the engine. The difference is a fifty dollar fix compared to potentially a five hundred dollar fix.

Get it towed and get the tank drained.

Hmm,

Maybe 3 gallons of diesel. If you have a Civic, that has a near 14 gal capacity, 17 for the Accord, and 20 if an Odyssey. If you fill with gasoline (I would use the high octane) you should have no problems. Then run the tank very low, and all should be okay.

It is likely that a check engine light might come on showing an O2 sensor code, but that will probably go away after several key cycles once the diesel is all used up.

I sometimes need to "dispose" of small amounts of diesel, maybe a gallon or 2 at a time, and I dump that into my old Ford Ranger. Never had trouble from that.

Drain the gas tank and put a tank of gasoline in. Then cycle the ignition switch to the on position for 10 seconds and back to off 6 times to make the fuel pump circulate the fresh gasoline through the fuel loop. If your're lucky you won't need to replace the fuel injectors. Nice mistake!

Drain the tank and refill it with gasoline.

Idiot.

Drain fuel system

Meaning it is mixed in with gasoline? If you can fit in more fuel use gasoline this time and fill it as high as it will go.
Just drive it. It won't hurt anything. Think of it as lawnmower gas. Not high performance fuel. So you are gonna smoke black out the tailpipe. Car does not run the best, but it still will run. Run it really low before you add more gasoline to it as you are getting back to the correct fuel and the correct performance. Like go on an unplanned drive to nowhere land and back on a highway so you can use up this stuff faster.
