Fuel Pump will not Prime?

I have an 05 Honda CBR600RR I had this bike for a while. It just recently started to act up after I get fuel. At first I thought it was bad gas so I got a stabilizer in it. It worked the first time, a few weeks go by and no problems. I fueled up a few times in between with success. Just a couple of days ago I go to get fuel again and It kills over at the pump when I try to leave. I checked the Relay, made sure the connections were firm and not damaged, kill switch on, Kick stand kill switch is bypassed correctly. I changed the fuel pump too. It primed a couple of times after I disconnected the ECM and reconnected it. I installed the fuel pump into the tank, and no bueno. I ran Out of ideas, Some say just get a new wire harness but I wanna save some money on this.

Last resort.tip over sensor maybe faulty or loose connection at the cluster plug. My old 600rr wouldn't start without it same year as yours… Other than that bust out the multimeter and diagnose
