1989 honda crx thud in noise constantly when driving?

Knocking, thuding, ect noise when driving. Drove it like this for 2 months and hasn't got any worse. When I jacked it up on a lift I noticed you can move both tires side to side but the noise is only coming from the passenger wheel. I'm mechanically inclined but only 22 years old and still have lots to learn. Does anyone have thoughts on what it could be? I don't know whether it's my inner, outer tie rods, wheel bearing [ no humming though], wheel bearings, or rack and pinion. Someone try and help thank.

Spindles or bearings bad. Wheels not supposed to move like that. Very bad, one or both could fall off while your are driving. It happened to me on the freeway simultaneously with the brakes going out! Don't drive that thing anymore until it fixed. Take it, at least for a diagnostic, from a reputable shop… Just so you know where to start. This is not something to play around with. I also young and like to tinker on my cars myself but I usually do it wrong the first time and end up hiring someone to do it in the end.

Dude I've been delivering pizza in it. Relax Ik it can happen, but doubtful. And wheel bearings hum don't they?
