It could be many things Jerry. Lets start with some basic possibilities: Fuel may not be getting to the engine. Too much fuel may be flooding the engine. The spark plugs may not be getting any electric current. A half dozen different sensors might be faulty. There could be a serious vacuum leak. A timing belt or chain may have broken. The spark plugs may be fouled, a fusible link in the ignition system may be faulty, One of several different ignition components may be faulty. And many more possibilities.

Since you can't provide any useful details you should just take it to a competent mechanic for a proper diagnosis.
