1999 honda accord keeps turning off?
I need help As soon as possible. I OWN A 1999 HONDA ACCORD COUPE LX and have recently got a new battery, new alternator, tune up, and replaced the water pump and timing belt. My car keeps shutting off while driving at first it happened once a week now it's every time I drive it. When it shuts off all the dash lights come on. And it takes about 10 min. For it to start again. It usually happens when it's hot outside. I thought it was the fuel pump relay so I replaced it, but now it happens even more! I think it might be the ignition switch but I'm not sure. Please any advice would help.
Despite the new battery, I would try giving it a quick jumpstart the next time it turns off. If that doesn't work… I would contact a mechanic or local car dealership to get their professional opinion.
Take it to a auto parts store like advance auto or whatever you have where you live and they will hook up a computer to it and tell you what the problem is free of charge and you will not keep on replacing parts you don't have to. Let me know.
- Honda odyssey keeps turing off? I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey and it keeps turning off as if there's no battery left. I'm thinking thats what it is because it will turn on one day and then the next day it won't? And also the left door won't cloes its an automatic door closer so i don't even know what it could be. The car has about 94k miles so its pretty good. I've never had this problem with this car but i need it fix as soon as possible

- Why does my car keep turning off while driving? I drive a 2002 Honda Accord coupe 6 cylinder & lately it's been turning off while I'm driving. The car just turns off & I always have to end up pulling over. When the car turns off, all the lights on the dash turn on including the TCS lights, brake light, door open lights, etc. When I try to start it back up it just tries to but doesn't. I usually wait about 5 minutes & it ll start again but it's been happening way more often now.
