94 honda accord fuel pump won't kick on?

I've changed the fuel pump, main relay, fuel filter and ignition switch. I got it to start one time for about 30 seconds then it just shut off.

I'm not a mechanic but I've had similar problems before. It could be a bad fuel pump, I had to return a fuel pump to o-Reilly's because it was a rebuilt piece of ****

The fuel pump is running for the 10 seconds the engine is running, so I think that part is working. The pump only runs for two seconds when the ignition is turned on, while cranking, while running, and quits almost immediately if the engine dies. It sounds more like a failing Ignition Control Module (ICM), also called an igniter. Check for spark, being careful not to crank the engine when you have the lead too far away to spark… Honda ignition coils hate that. The source has more details (igniter links at the top).

I've seen these reman fuel pumps not even work a few times.
