94 Honda accord misfiring?

I drive my car every day about 50 miles a day. Recently it has giving me all kinds of problems. Misfiring, choking. The engine starts fine, but when it starts a normal idle that is when it will shake like crazy. People gave me all kinds of advices.

I have change.

Plugs
Plug Wires
Distributor Cups
Rotor Button
Air Filter
Cleaned Throttle Position sensor
Cleaned the EGR valve, remove all gunks and debris around it

Still no fix, Check out this video, this is how it sounds like

The most common cause of a misfire on the 2.2L (F22B1) engine is from restricted EGR passages, this will cause a misfire at 1500-2200 RPM, but, you said it only misfires at Idle?
A misfire at Idle would not be caused by the EGR passages because there's no EGR at Idle.

I would check the valve lash, this engine is famous for the valves becoming too tight as valve seats wear.
Check the engine vacuum with a gauge.

NOTE: There's a plate on the top of the intake manifold this is where the EGR passages become plugged.

This may seem a bit basic and rudimentary…
Why not start with a compression test of all cylinders?
