98 Honda Accord is leaking some oil?
I just bought a 98 Honda Accord and everything is fine but I noticed it leaks some oil. I look under the car and it's leaking right under the engine. What could be the cause of this? I know there could be many.
Drive it thru a car wash that cleans the under side of the car, then look & see if you can pin-point exactly where the oil is coming from.
Most likely the pan gasket is drying out. You could just crawl under there and look.
- Why is my brand new Troy Bilt TB130 with a Honda engine leaking oil? I assembled the mower, added the oil as specified, checked the level, started it up, and mowed the yard. It worked well, however as I was nearing completion I noticed oil on the mower deck, on top of the filter (it was dry), the linkage, and everywhere. - Honda CR250R leaking black oil from exhaust pipe? My 2001 Honda CR250R 2-stroke motorcycle is leaking black tar-like oil out of the exhaust pipe. I have not payed much mind to it and its been happening for a while now. It not a constant leak but it will leak it out sometimes and my rear rim is filled with the black oil.
