98 Honda accord won't start?
When I pushed in clutch car did nothing but everything else worked popped clutch drove fine.
Replaced ignition safety switch did nothing took it out started by pushing in button, so tried old one works fine.
I have it hanging down by clutch worked fine for awhile now doesn't do anything, so bought new one still doesn't do anything, could the wire have came looses from harness
If you could string a coherent question together we stand a chance of helping you. Read your own post and imagine others reading it. None of it makes a grain of sense.
If you can't figure out how to adjust the clutch pedal safety switch just splice the two wires that plug into the switch together to bypass the safety switch.
I'm not clear on the details, only that the starter is not working. However, the ignition switch is one of the most common failures in that era Honda; for your 1998 Accord there's a recall on it (see the source). Free repairs are best.

I recently replaced the ignition coils because the old ones were getting heat soaked and the bike would die, however now the bike won't start with the electric start it turns over fin and the starter sounds fine but it won't start occasionally it ll start when it's cold or try to but I've been having to bump start it in order to ride it. So what's making it do this? Could it be the kill switch? Or something else?

It was running, then I shut it off to open and close a gate, and when I went to start it again there was a really loud backfire and now it won't start. I did a compressin test, the pull start only gets the mower to 60psi but the drill gets the mower to 150psi. This mower does have a decompression vale where the ehaust opest about 1/8 of the way. I tore the ead off and checked and cleaned the valves. They don't stick open. Could there be an issue with the decompression valve? Or would it be the piston rings?
- How come my atv won't electric start but will crank if I push start it? 2006 Honda trx. Doesn't have a pull rope only electric start. The starter motor turns over the engine but just won't start but I'll push it down the yard with it in gear and it will fire right up. I'm so confused by this.
