Can you turn this AMP Alpine MRP-F300 down?

I want to know if I can turn this amp down. It is 4 channel to power car speakers. My front speakers are after market and 4ohms RMS is 35W

The rear speakers are JL Audio also after market and can handle RMS 60W 4Ohms.

So my question is this amp shows 4 Ohms 50W x 4 speakers RMS. This will over power and blowout my fronts. THe rears will be okay. Am I on the right track?

So is there a way to tune down the 2 channels to the front speakers with this amp (Alpine MRP-F300)?

Or can you recommend a better 4 channel amp. I'm also going to get a mono sub amp separate as I heard it sounds better and you can do more with it.

Any help would be great from the experts or people who have done this before.

Also do you recommend buying a separate battery for the system which is hooked to my main battery in order to charge but will supply extra power to system? I have a 04 Honda Accord LX i4.

Unplug the rca jacks of the side that you are not adjusting so you won't hear the speakers over the ones you are "tuning in". Now unplug the side you tuned up and tune the other side in to what sounds best.once you have both sides( front and back) set so there's no distortion but it still is loud and clear you are ready to rock n roll!

You should have 2 gain settings. One for 2 channels and the other for the other 2 channels. Just turn the gain down a bit and everything should be fine. So the gain settings for the 2 front channels can be set at 40% for example and the gain for the rear speakers can be set to 60%. That's just an example. You will obviously set it to your preference. And you will also be able to hear of you speakers are taking too much of a beating or if they are distorting. Then you can adjust your gain accordingly.
