Car feels like it's leaning when making a turn?

The shop said all of my parts look fine and tight and I just recently had a alignment a few months ago. I got front/back struts this winter and according to mechanic all of my suspension parts seem to fine. What could be causing this problem? I have a 2008 honda civic lx. My car just feels really unbalanced when turning and going over uneven pavement.

Well, strictly speaking, "lean" is controlled more by the anti-sway bar more than anything else. But they rarely go bad. Sometimes they'll literally snap or rust in half but, that's very rare. Their bushings and links fail often and are hard to ignore when they fail, with all the banging and rattling ya know…

As for "My car just feels really unbalanced when turning and going over uneven pavement" I really have no idea unless I feel it for myself. I'll toss a few thoughts though. I personally expect to feel that description when I drive over the same conditions. Now, if it's severe I suppose you might be feeling the results of a very stiff suspension or maybe way overinflated tires but, those are just guesses. I'd really need to feel it for myself…
