Car starts only if I put fuel in throttle body but dies after?

I ran out of gas I refill the tank car started up normal I drove that entire day turn car on and back off but later that night I decided to go for food car won't start so I change fuel pump fuel strainer check fuses check fuel pump relay btw only did that was blown was IG coil but but yea only way to start car was to pour gas in throttle body to start but then dies right after either the rpm goes to 3k and as its shoots up it goes down and car dies orrr sometimes I could keep my foot on gas and easy my feet off the pedal and then it would stay running but my idle is high asf in neutral and if I put car in D I don't even need the pedal to go but anyway I tried cleaning throttle body with throttle body cleaner my car doesn't have a Mass air flow sensor btw any suggestions honda accord 2005 cylinder

You have a computer. Pull the codes. There are all kinds of relays and sensors that can go bad, and cause a no start problem. If your car requires a mass air sensor and you don't have one, then that's your problem.

Put a new MAF sensor. Check for trouble codes with a scan tool. Get a fuel delivery wiring diagram for the car. Get a fuel pressure gauge and check fuel pressure while cranking. No fuel pressure, get a test light and check for power and ground at the fuel pump connector while cranking. Power and ground is good while cranking, the fuel pump has failed. No power and/or no ground, troubleshoot using the wiring diagram. Fuel pressure is good, check if the injectors are firing or getting command to fire with a noid light.

I would say problem is still with the fuel pump as you are not getting fuel.

This is fuel starvation, and you'll need to work all the way form the tank strainer all the way forward to look for a blockage. When you changed the fuel filter did you put it on the right way around?
