Honda accord not getting gas and won't start?
The car is hard to start. You can put started in the car and the vehicle will start but cuts of as soon as the ether burns off
Fuel delivery problem. Fuel pump running? Check the relay. Check fuel pressure at the rail.
You've not included the year for the Accord so I can't get into the right wiring diagram to show you into details how to check the car out.

Possible the Main relay locates under the dash on the driver side. You'll need to test it before replacement take place. I've included two videos
