How often should you change your differential fluid in a 2007 Honda Accord?
Never, since it does not have a separate differential. In a front-wheel-drive car such as your Accord, the differential is part of the transaxle (usually referred to as the "transmission").
Follow Honda's maintenance schedule recommendations. You fail to state if your vehicle is an automatic or a manual transmission, but my old Accord's service interval for the transaxle was every 3 years or 30,000 miles - yours may be different; consult your owner's manual or the nearest dealership.
Don't follow foolish advice to change it every six months! Your transmission does NOT even have a filter to change, whichever type it is.
Its front-wheel drive, so it has no differential fluid. It has a Transaxle, which is a transmission and final drive [differential in rear -drive cars] in a single case. Bothe the transmission and final drive are lubricated by the transaxle's fluid.
For manuals: I recommend it by changed every year before summer.
For Automatics: every 6 months. Every other change, get the transmission filter changed. Automatics are more abusive to their fluid. Also, the very small metal particles can plug up passageways. These particles come from normal wear-&-tear.
Your maintenance schedule should be in the owners manual.

- Honda rancher differential rebuild? The actual question that for some reason I've never pay attention to before is the rear differential bearings, both roller and needle in my case, do I need to grease them or will the gear oil keep them lubed. These aren't sealed bearings so I half way want to but I'm not sure I should. I would have just looked at the old ones to see if they had grease but the were caked with mud and water.
