P1009 code\Acceleration issues with 2010 Honda Accord?
My car has having issues with acceleration recently it will not go past 2 RM or 20 miles per hous unless I'm literally pressing the pedal to the medal. Error codes P1009\P0341\P0300\P0301\P0302\P0303\P030… Popped up when I got it scanned. I got it fixed less than a week ago (the mechanic cleaned the VTC solenoid) it worked fine now it just started having the same problems it was having before. Does anyone know a way to permanently solve this issue?
Take it back to the person who repaired it. They will be able to find the problem. Anyone on here would just be guessing as you did not list what codes came up after the repair.
- Choppy, hesitant acceleration in 1995 Honda Odyssey? This problem has been going on for about a month now. Frequently, when I accelerate from a complete stop or speed up after I get going the motor does accelerate smoothly. It will be sort of a choppy acceleration. Once I reach the speed I want the car runs and sounds very smooth without any choppiness. What could be wrong? Injectors? Spark Plugs? Ignition coil or wires?
- 2012 Mustang Gt vs 2014 Scion tc vs 2010 Honda civic vs 2010 Chevrolet Camaro? Don't worry about the money. Just need to know which ones are the most reliable (in order from best to worst if possible please) and which one I should get! I'm 17 years old.
- 2010 honda civic vs 2010 vw beetle? I'm looking to buy a car in the next year, it will be my first car. And I want to know which one would be reliable, last longer, and good with mileage. I know the beetle is cute and everything but is it safe or dangerous to drive?
- 1997 Honda Civic acceleration issues? So recently I bought a 1997 Honda Civic Ex VTEC. The car has the Check Engine Light on, I got it check and it's the Throttle Position Sensor, so I'm not sure if that's causing the car to accelerate slowly, also the car is a 5 speed! My RPMs go up fast, but the car accelerates slowly, I did the 4 gear thing to see if the clutch slips, but nothing it's a good clutch and my car stalled!
