What is socket size to remove the rear spindle/axe nut of a 2005 Honda Accord LX 2.4L with drum brakes?
Just big enough to go over the nut
When you find out you may also need a breaker bar as these nuts are usually torqued to around 150 ft lbs. Also a torque wrench to refit of course.
The Factory spindle nut is 32mm.
Get your Millimeter tape out and measure across the flats.
Do a search on youtube.
Hi that is most likely a 22mm socket.

- Honda Civic 2001 Rear Grinding Noise on Brakes? Whenever I'm stopped and i pump the brake I hear a grinding noise from the rear. Sometimes this also happens when I'm just starting to accelerate.It also seems to apply to the emergency brake. As I take it off I hear the same noise, and even when the car is raised (turned off with emergency brake on) and i'm jacking it up itll make this same noise
