What's the best exhaust system to get for my 1996 Honda Accord Ex?
Well I have no clue what exhaust system I should get I want it to have a distinct JDM sound and 4.5 inch tip or 4 inch tip. Budget is from $100-450
Stock. There's no such thing as a "distinct JDM sound" other than stock. A 4 cylinder engine sounds like a 4 cylinder engine, no matter where it's from. THere's no difference between a Japanese I-4 and a US I-4 or a European I-4.
- What type of exhaust gasket should I use when fitting new exhaust? I would like to install new exhaust system on my car and was wondering if I use the flat oval shape gasket or round conical gasket or both? I'll be installing a backbox and centre pipe. It's a 1998 Honda Civic.
- What's the best automatic Honda Civic 1996-98 model (ex. Dx.lx. Etc) as far as gas mileage and reliability? I was interested in the 96-98 hx cvt civic yet there are many complaints of heavy vibrations when stalling. Also I can't drive manual and can't afford to take lessons
- I just bought a 1996 Honda Civic manual with around 180000kms on it. There's a bit of water dripping out of exhaust when car is stationary? There's no water in oil I just changed it and it was pretty clean. And coolant was low but is fine now. No smoke either and car is sitting halfway on temperature gauge please help?

Hi, got my civic sport 1.6 few weeks back the only mods i want to do are the wheels which i have done beef up the exhaust a bit sound wise (subaru) and add some loudish speakers with good bass and new stereo what would everyone suggest which brand products i should go for, i would be doing the work myself cheers
