Why is a Honda Accord v6 misfiring after oil change?

Drain plug tight, filter tight, dip stick down, oil cap tight. Did spill a little bit of oil check engine light flashing what could cause the misfire after the oil change

Check the oil level. Did you put too much in there?

A wire was moved and is making partial contact. Wiggle around.

Yes

UNLUCKINESS. The two things are COMPLETELY disjoint. Unless you thought unhooking a plug wire or bashing on the electrical system was a normal part of an oil change.

You probably accidentally bumped into something while changing the oil - if you poured oil on a a connector then start by cleaning it with some electric parts cleaner. If that doesn't fix it, then go through and check other wires for good connection and look for any damaged wires that might be shorting out. Reseat all spark plug wires at the ignition module and at plug.

I think they're unrelated.
