Would I be overpaying for this car?

Its a 2000 Honda Civic EX. It has 155,000 miles (which I think is alot). Mines a 95 accord and only has 136,000 but anyways… The cons are: high mileage, needs a new quarter panel, door panel, window gets stuck, needs new tints because those are bubbling, sunroof cover has a hole in it. Besides that the car looks great. I don't know much about cars so would i be overpaying or am i getting it for a good price? Thanks for your advice in advance. I attached some pictures below Added (1). Forgot to add the asking price which is $3500. Is this a good deal or too much?

Private Party $2,756 Dealer Retail $3,859
If the seller repaired everything into perfect condition, then it retails at $3500 in the USA warm climate area.
No dents. No broken door panel. No hole in sun roof cover. Fully working windows. SHiny exterior. Clean interior. If it is an easy fix, they should fix it. Not you, Or you subtract the repair value at a dealer at $80 an hour plus parts.
The extras have little value on a 14 year old car.

Keep what you have. A lower mileage accord is better than a civic.

Its not worth $35 but its probably worth a little more than $16.

That's exactly the same as my car, but without the modifications.
You didn't mention anything wrong with your accord so keep it.
