2000 Honda Civic will crank but not start

I have a 2000 Honda Civic. I traded for it, I was actually a previous owner of it and it ran fine back in the day. I wanted it back and found it. It has been sitting in this guys yard for about 2 months. I go to start it up. It starts up just fine… Then it randomly just shuts off and never have been able to start it up again. It cranks and it smells rich in gasoline when you crank it a couple times. I checked the fuses and battery. Any help would be great.

Did you check the latch on the glove compartment lid?

Flooding.
Get it taken to a good mechanic.

Hmm! Need new plugs?

Yes

The main relay under the drivers side dash near the steering column is a known common failure problem that keeps the motor from starting.
