2002 Honda Civic radiator/coolant problems?
It overheats when driven for moderate periods of time (30-45mins), and coolant leaks out with no traces. Even if not driven that long there's still always a hissing or bubbling coming from the coolant reservoir. I've changed the thermostat, water pump, and fixed to cooling fans and I tried to pressure test the system but the air is escaping from under the plastic cap of the reservoir.
Sounds like a leaking radiator cap to me your pressure tester may have an attachment to test the cap, try that. There's a pressure rating on the cap and you may also be able to see if the rubber seal on the bottom of the cap is torn or missing.

Before it had no problems as far as it just disappearing. I replaced my oem radiator for a Mishimoto radiator and ever since then it started disappearing.
- Why is my 2001 honda civic loosing coolant? I have a 2001 honda civic Ex 1.7L. It is rapidly loosing coolant and I have no idea why. I have taken it to 3 professionally owned shops for the same reason and all three can't find anything wrong with it as far as leaks. My next best guess is that it is burning it somehow but I can't think of why. I did buy a new radiator cap and ill see how that works and there isn't any white smoke coming out of the exhaust so I don't think it is the head gasket.
- Why is coolant leaking from the ends of my top radiator hose on my 1999 honda civic? There isn't water leaking from anywhere else and it only seems to leak when the car has since cooled. It's never enough coolant for me to have to keep filling it up. I have changed the hose and it still seems to be leaking from the end seams.
