Any code? Loose connections? If the battery and alternator have checked out and they're good then your Civic may have what called: A Parasitic draw. This is how to check it:

I could not quite understand when you said something about the AC: "this seems to happen every time I turn on the ac". Can you elaborate it? When the AC is on, the light flickering or the car dies out?

Alternator is new, battery too, i change the fuse inside the car it was blown, i thought that it will fix the problem and nothing

- Honda Suggests I run my Civic with lights on. WHY? Dealer claims that this will ensure that battery is used and kept charged. Seems like a design flaw to me.
