Can I replace the radiator support upper tie bar by myself using a socket wrench?

My car is a 1997 Honda Civic LX. Got in a fender bender and my front end got damaged. The radiator support s upper tie bar got pushed in on the left side of my car. I'm looking to replace that bar and was wondering if it is only bolted on so I can remove it with a socket wrench, or is it welded? If it is replaceable with just a socket wrench, I won't have to replace the whole radiator support which would be a hassle. Also I'm looking to replace it so I can align a new bumper and new headlight assembly that was damaged in the accident.

No

Look at the support if it can be removed.

NO. The PRIMARY reason you can't is that a tie bar and a radiator support are ENTIRELY DIFFERENT parts. If you think there's such a thing as a radiator support tie bar, than you don't even know what part you are trying to replace.

If you can't tell if the part you are looking at is welded or bolted on, then I doubt you could replace it.

If you can't just open the hood and look at the support to see if it's welded or bolted I'd recommend having a body shop and mechanic look at it and do the repairs!
